Think (& Do) Tank - Executive Breakfast
From Thinking to Doing: Unlocking Business Value from Generative AI
With fervent commitment from C-suite executives and unguided experimentation with generative AI by employees, a unique “pincer movement” is currently underway. This movement can potentially reshape how businesses approach innovation, competitive advantage, and strategic growth.
However, despite all the attention AI has been receiving, there seems to be a gap between curiosity and clarity. This is something we aim to address during our breakfast event. We will provide a structured and dynamic approach to help understand AI’s promise and pitfalls when looking to discover, unlock, and articulate new value within the business.
Leveraging the Digital Value Canvas® approach as the foundation for discussion, we’ll aim to contrast and compare insights with peers in an intimate and highly interactive group setting. We’ll dive into questions such as how exactly the participants’ companies are already deploying AI to create value, what the most significant hurdles are, and brainstorm how we can solve these problems.
